About Us

With a background in Commercial Art, Graphic Arts and Journalism, and along with Advertising Designing and Art Direction experience with The Niagara Super Shopper, Writer's Experience Magazine, The Small Business World Magazine, and the Protege Business Network Newspaper, we started in this industry when "Cut and Paste" really meant cutting and pasting the copy onto wax covered layout boards. And when Commercial Artists were still drawing images of refrigerators and television sets for ads.

Hill Communications and (Hill & Associates) have existed since 1989 as a publishing organization creating a variety of print media productions such as The Regional Holiday Newspaper, The Kings County Magazine, The Elmvale Mini Times, Fire & Ice Skating Magazine, The Hockey Forum, and The Kingston Business Network, to name a few.

Today, Hill Communications Canada continues forward combining an accumulation of over 20 years experience in the media industry with a new company structure and new multimedia services to enhance your project.

From newspapers to magazines, HillCom’s past projects involve Canadian and International Olympic Figure Skaters, as well as NHL Hockey players and teams such as the Ottawa Senators. Event Projects with Jeff Healey, Dave Broadfoot, and the Alzheimer Society, to name a few.

In December 2009, HillCom celebrated its 20th year of working, producing and publishing in the media industry. And along the way we've had the privilege of working with an incredible group of people.
