Plan Information
All our Client Plans include Domain Name Registration and Administration, Consulting, Hosting Services, and Website Design Services.
We’ve put it all together and along with an amazing payment plan with additional options and future savings, all you have to do is supply the material and sit back! You won’t have to figure out what you need to pay for your yearly hosting, the Domain Name renewal, or trying to make arrangements for costly website updates.
All our Client Plans have a two year minimum timeframe with an optional 40% savings for the following 3 years, rounding out a 5 year internet plan!
There’s no charge to move your site and cancel your plan at the end of the two years. And should you decide to return within the period of one year, and if your website is still within our original work status, we’ll continue your original plan with all your savings and services intact at no extra charge!
We have a handy Domain Name checker located on our website with the results supplied through GoDaddy. Once you’ve decided on your name, we’ll make all the arrangements including the Name-Server setup, the payment, and any other administration issues.

Additional Services
A variety of extra services are available, such as Digital Photography for product shots, copywriting and editing, or logo designing to name a few. Please see Website Designing for more info.
Maintenance Programs
Maintenance Programs are available on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly or bi-yearly basis to suit everyone's requirements. Programs begin as low as $15. per Content insertion. Each client's needs are different so a consultation would be required. Emergency Updates are available within 12 - 24 hours and are priced accordingly. A once Yearly Content Update (or more) is included with the Client Plans.
Support
Support is available for all controlled Client Plans and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Website problems are addressed per level of importance. Most issues are fixed within a 24 hour period after we receive email notice of any problem.
Server Support is available, but not CMS Support with the HillCom Developer Plan.
Supplying Material
All material including images are to be sent electronically through email.
Written material must be sent as a .DOC, .DOCX, .TXT, or a .PDF file as an attachment.
Images should be saved as a .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, or a .BMP file and sent as an attachment.
System Updates
All Client Plans include all CMS updates, upgrades and maintenance. Updates for Components, Modules and Plug-ins are included in the Plans. Updates for WordPress can be done by the user as it's quite easy, we can assist if required. Developer Plan not included.
Back-up and Restore Programs
All HillCom Hosting Plans include Back-Up and Restore Services, and Security Programs for email and the website which are pre-installed and administrated by HillCom.
Manual Back-ups are done during the development stages and then after any content updates.
State of the art Server Disk Image Snapshots are taken every hour on the hour to ensure a virtual precise restoration.
WordPress Blogs
We’ll install a Blog as a part of your online presence and then we’ll help you use it with free lessons, hints and tips to make it a fun and rewarding experience! As simple as Microsoft Word, a WordPress Blog is a great way to have an interactive website and keep your customers up to date with business news and more!
Online Stores
HillCom can install and maintain a custom e-Store for your business if you have products that will work well in an online store environment. e-Stores are not for every business and much has to be considered before embarking on this project. Please contact us for more information.
Social Network Communities
Communities for your website can be arranged by using one of several Community Building Software packages, some of which are free or can be purchased. Please ask for assistance with this aspect of your website.
Forums
A Forum is another way to interact with your visitors if you have a Login feature and your particular business can benefit from one on your website. There are several free licensed Forum Components available for Public Use. A low installation Administration and setup charge will apply. Please ask for details.

Server Space Notes
Additional server space, email addresses and extra bandwidth are available for moderate increases.
Additional server space available for purchase will not exceed 50% of the difference between the current client Plan and the next Plan above, Plan 5 not included. Please ask for details.
All Plans include a reserve of 100MBs for instant Emergency Server Space if a website begins to run out space, until an arrangement for a permanent Space increase takes place.
Please Note: All Plans are open for variances in how server space size will change in relation to what is being uploaded. Website server space must not exceed 90% of the total allocated space, leaving a minimum of 10% as a buffer zone.
